Giselle Nie

Qianqian (Giselle) Nie is currently working as legal assistant /law clerk  at  Mueller Law, Nie has been licensed to practice law in China for over 6 years. She commenced her legal career as a clerk for the Higher People's Court of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, assisting the President, Xiangwa Zhao (Grand Justice of China). In 2008, she joined Beihuan Law Firm (Korea) and practiced in corporate, environment, public utility and litigation.
 
In the meantime, Nie did her first Pro Bono job for Xinjiang SOS International Children's Village in 2002, since then, she has been volunteering for legal protection of orphans, children of prisoners, and children of ethnic minorities such as Uygur, Kazak, Kirgiz and Tibetan.
 
Nie received her LLB degree from Peking University Law School in 2006 and earned her LLM degree from the University Of Texas School Of Law in 2011, in the program of Global Energy, International Arbitration and Environmental Law.

Nie enjoys the challenges and complexities of personal injury, products liability and medical malpractice as well as the vibrant working atmosphere at Mueller Law. While not working, she is a fan of fishing, basketball, and traditional Chinese painting.
