About Mueller Law
Mueller Law takes an innovative and humanistic approach to legal services.
Mark Mueller is a nationally recognized trial attorney honored by Super Lawyers for his impactful work in birth injury litigation and product liability cases involving unsafe medical devices, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.
His dedication to justice extends beyond individual cases—Mueller has championed environmental and cultural rights, most notably representing the Brave Dog Society of the Blackfoot tribe to prevent oil and gas development in a protected wilderness area of Montana. He has also served as counsel for the Lakota Sioux Sundance Chiefs, advocating for their rights to sacred ceremonial objects. These cases demonstrate Mueller’s commitment to defending marginalized communities and protecting vital cultural and natural resources.
A pioneer of the Transvaginal Mesh MDL, the largest and most complex medical device litigation in U.S. history, Mueller played a key role in uncovering corporate negligence and establishing liability. Serving on the Executive Committee, the Bard Trial Team, and as co-chair of the Experts and Science Committee, he was instrumental in identifying expert witnesses and revealing critical documents that led to significant legal victories. His work contributed to two FDA safety advisories and the removal of dangerous transvaginal mesh devices from the market.
Beyond the courtroom, Mueller has shaped the next generation of trial attorneys as a graduate and faculty member of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer College and through his involvement with Trial By Human. His precedent-setting verdicts and high-profile cases have gained national attention, featured in media outlets like Oprah, Good Morning America, The New York Times, and the National Law Journal.
In addition to his legal practice, Mueller is the founder of Voodoo Cowboy Entertainment, a production company that has hosted live music and art events featuring artists like B.B. King and Willie Nelson. As a producer, he has been involved in independent films, including Downloading Nancy (Sundance Festival), Winter in the Blood, and A New Resistance, a documentary on environmental issues.
Currently, Mueller is developing the Truth and Justice League, a strategic network dedicated to addressing environmental harm, holding wrongdoers accountable, and promoting active citizen involvement, jury trials, and a more informed voting public. Through this initiative, he seeks to restore personal freedom and democracy while working toward a more sustainable and just future.
